This Privacy Policy explains how Sabr Workshop Assistant (the "application") accesses and uses data from the Google account of its single user (the "owner").

Google user data we access

The application requests access to the following Google services, and only within the owner's own Google account:

• Gmail — read, compose, and organize the owner's email.
• Google Drive — read and manage the owner's files.
• Google Sheets — read and write the owner's spreadsheets.
• Google Calendar — read and manage the owner's events.
• Google Contacts — read the owner's contacts.
• Google Docs — read and edit the owner's documents.

How the data is used

The data is used solely to automate the owner's personal back-office tasks: email triage, supply and distribution reports, and document management. The application does not perform any public-facing function.

Limited use and no sharing

• The application does not sell, rent, or share any data with third parties.
• No data is transferred to any external storage; everything stays inside the owner's Google account.
• The application's use of Google user data complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
